Athlete Performance

Our programs strive to build a solid athletic foundation for our athletes. Our performance training focus points include movement training, linear and lateral speed techniques, speed and agility, explosive power and functional strength development, conditioning and injury prevention. Adult Training

Synergy Sports Performance is not just for the sports world. We are now excited to train adults. Whether your goal is weight loss, injury rehabilitation or to simply get a great workout, our coaches can cater to the needs of adults of all ages and fitness levels. If its bootcamps classes, small group, or private training. Synergy is happy to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Private training

Is an excellent option for someone who prefers 1:1 coaching, looking for more of a specific focus to their goal, or for people with variable schedules. This includes athletes looking for sport specific training, and adults with busy schedules. Buddy training and semi-private small group training available as well. Call now to schedule!

Sports Specific Skills Training

Hone your skills with the expertise of D1 and former professional athletes. Our staff has the knowledge and skills background to do sports specific private skills work with our athletes. Also available for game film break down. Our facilities have turf, track lanes, and a basketball court acquired for professional training.

Football

Harsh winters and sweltering summers can hamper any Midwest athlete’s football training. Don’t let your training suffer because you don’t have access to a proper training facility. Synergy fields has the space and field quality to accommodate authentic football training and the faculty to develop players into the top-tier athletes they have the potential to be.

Soccer

Basketball

– We have set specific times for our recovery classes where a staff member will be present to address any additional recovery needs that our athletes have.

Mondays Wednesdays, Thursdays – 7pm

Price – all classes are included in our recovery membership ($125/month unlimited) or 1 day pass ($35/class)
